1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period
  • Your account will revert to the Free tier after the billing period ends
  • All generated posts and content will remain accessible
  • Unused quota from the current billing cycle will not carry over to the next month

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

2.1 Refund Window

Refunds for subscription fees are available within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that:

  • You have used less than 50% of your monthly post generation quota
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service
  • You have not requested a refund for the same subscription period previously

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions beyond the 7-day refund window
  • Subscriptions where more than 50% of monthly quota has been used
  • Free tier usage (no charges apply)
  • Refunds already processed for the same subscription period
  • Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Requests made more than 60 days after the purchase date

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Review Period

After you submit a refund request, our team will review it within 2-3 business days. We will send you an email notification of the decision.

4.2 Approval and Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • Your subscription will be immediately downgraded to the Free tier
  • You will lose access to premium features immediately upon refund approval

4.3 Denial of Refund Request

If your refund request is denied, you will receive an explanation via email. You may appeal the decision by replying to the email within 14 days with additional information.

5. Tier Downgrade & Pro-Rata Credits

If you wish to downgrade to a lower-tier subscription (rather than cancel), you may do so at any time:

  • The changes will take effect from the next billing period
  • Your quota will immediately adjust to the lower tier's monthly limit
  • Unused quota from the higher tier does not carry over

6. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing you from using the service, contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a full refund if it cannot be resolved within 7 days.

6.1 Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount, unauthorized charge), contact support ( info@postfoundry.co )immediately with evidence. We will investigate and process a full refund if we determine an error occurred.

7. Subscription Modifications

7.1 Upgrade

When you upgrade to a higher tier, the price difference is calculated pro-rata and charged immediately. No refunds apply to upgrades.

7.2 Downgrade

When you downgrade to a lower tier, the changes apply at the next billing cycle .

8. Account Deletion & Data Removal

If you request to delete your account:

  • All personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days
  • Your generated posts and content will be deleted
  • Your subscription will be immediately canceled
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining billing period
  • This action is permanent and cannot be reversed

10. Policy Changes
